General
UNIQUEDOCKS online store sells products to all individuals and companies of legal age.
UNIQUEDOCKS is a product owned and registered by Agile Composites Oy – and a trademark used in the marketing of modular docks and rafts made of recycled plastic composite.
We deliver our products to the distribution points indicated on our website, where the products can be picked up by the customer on the confirmed delivery date. We also deliver some of our products sent to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Our company complies with general regulations and recommendations related to consumer trade in all its operations.
By accepting the order and delivery terms of the online store, our customer also accepts the receipt of e-mails and text messages. in matters related to orders.
Price list
We publish the next year’s price list on our website every year (November-December), including the indicative retail prices of our products. The prices in the price list include VAT of 24%. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
All prices for docks, footbridges, anchoring accessories and equipment (e.g. swimming ladders) are FCA (Free on Carrier), loaded into the cart at the delivery point chosen by the customer.
Some dock accessories are sold in the online store with home delivery. In this case, shipping costs to Finland have been announced and can be paid in the online store.
Ordering and payment
Products are added to the shopping cart and paid for at checkout. Once the order has been paid, it can no longer be modified in the online store. If there is a need to change the order, please contact our customer service.
Please note that in some product groups (e.g. piers and footbridges) you only pay the reservation/advance payment set for the product. The final invoice of the order will be sent to the customer no later than 7 days after the order was placed in the online store. The payment time for the final invoice is determined approx. 7 days before the pick-up/delivery date. See delivery time.
Payment methods
In the online store, you can pay in Finnish online banks with online payment.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery time – docks, footbridges, anchoring and pier accessories
The customer indicates the desired delivery week of the pier when ordering the online store and making the reservation/advance payment. The customer receives an automatic order confirmation upon ordering.
The exact delivery/pickup date of the order (pickup from the distribution point) will be confirmed no later than 2 weeks before the start of the desired order week. The order must be paid for before collection.
The delivery time for products in stock (dock accessories) is 3-6 days from the order, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
If the delivery/collection date is delayed for some reason, we will notify you as early as possible.
Delivery package
The pier is delivered as a component package, including all the components and fastening parts needed to assemble the pier. The platform is designed to be easily assembled in its intended use.
Delivery methods-docks, footbridges, anchoring and selected pier accessories
The platforms are delivered as a component package, which can be picked up at the customer’s chosen distribution point closest to the customer. The components can be loaded and transported to the installation site with a light trailer, either by yourself or the distribution point offers a transport service if necessary.
The pier consists of dimensional components, which can be assembled easily without special tools (do-it-yourself). Installation (anchoring) can also be done by following clear instructions on a do-it-yourself basis. The distribution point offers, according to the customer’s needs, transport and assembly and installation service on a turnkey basis.
Shipping costs
All prices for docks, footbridges, anchoring accessories and equipment (e.g. swimming ladders) are stated FCA (Free on Carrier), loaded into the cart at the delivery point chosen by the customer.
Some dock accessories are sold in the online store with home delivery. In this case, shipping costs to Finland have been announced and can be paid in the online store.
Withholding of ownership
All products are the property of Agile Composites Oy until the entire purchase price with possible late payment interest has been paid. The customer does not have the right to use or hand over the products until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Canceling the order and returning the product
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, the return must be made at least 14 days after receiving the product. Returns must always be agreed with our customer service. The product to be returned must be intact, unused and resalable. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product. After checking the returned product, the money will be returned to the customer using the mutually agreed payment method. We do not refund goods returned without agreement.
Complaints
The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase, a receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase when making a complaint about an error.
Complaints are processed only in writing. You can also submit a free-form complaint by e-mail to myynti@uniquedocks.com or by letter to the postal address of Aqile Composites Oy.
Product warranty
Aqile Composites Oy gives its products a five (5) year material warranty under the following conditions:
– the warranty covers breakdowns due to material or manufacturing defects of the components – the warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear or negligence or carelessness of the user, failure to follow the instructions given for the installation, assembly, use, care or storage of the products
– the warranty also does not cover damage to the product caused by storms, high waves, changes in water level, movement of ice or other external factors – the warranty does not cover cosmetic defects or damages that are not relevant in terms of the product’s usability, structural strength or durability. -Aqile Composites Oy must, within a reasonable time, repair or replace the defect covered by the warranty. Aqile Composites OY has the right to unilaterally decide whether to repair the defect or replace the damaged product with a similar product or monetary compensation. The compensation amount takes into account the decrease in the value of the product in accordance with normal warranty practice.
Limitations of liability
Agile Composites Oy is not responsible for damage to the product caused by storms, high waves, water level fluctuations, ice movement or other external factors. Agile Composites Oy is not responsible for damages caused to the product due to the user’s negligence or carelessness in the installation, assembly, use, care or storage of the product and not following the required instructions.
Vastuunrajoitukset
Agile Composites Oy ei ole vastuussa tuotteelle aiheutuneista vahingoista, joka johtuvat myrskystä, korkeasta aallokosta, vedenkorkeuden vaihtelusta, jäiden liikkumisesta tai muusta ulkopuolisesta tekijästä. Agile Composites Oy ei ole vastuussa tuotteelle aiheutuneista vahingoista, jotka johtuvat käyttäjän laiminlyönnistä tai huolimattomuudesta tuotteen asentamisessa, kokoonpanossa, käytössä, hoidossa tai säilytyksessä vaadittavien ohjeiden noudattamatta jättämisestä.
Customer communication
Agile Composites Oy can send marketing messages by e-mail to its customers who have given marketing permission in the UNIQUE DOCKS online store. When placing an order, the customer can choose whether to allow or deny the sending of marketing messages. The sending of marketing messages can also be prohibited later by contacting our customer service at myynti@uniquedocks.com
By placing an order, the customer accepts the order and delivery conditions of the online store, as well as the sending of customer service messages. Customer service messages are always related to the customer’s order and delivery. The order address and other customer information are stored in our customer register.

Changing Terms
Aqile Composites Oy can change the order and delivery conditions, for example due to changes in the law. The latest information about changes can always be found in the order and delivery terms.
